Karen Jent Pollard
CEO

Karen began working at her father’s music store while she was in junior high school. She graduated from Texas Tech University in 1972 with a degree in accounting. She currently serves on the board of directors of the National Association of School Music Dealers (NASMD).


Chris Bell
Amarillo Location Manager

As the third generation of the Jent family, Chris opened the Amarillo store in 1995.


Nathan Woodard
Plainview Location Manager

Nathan has been with Jent’s for 6 years and worked in nearly every department of the Lubbock store. He will graduate from Texas Tech University with a BFA in Studio Art in December and is excited to be the new manager of our Plainview location.


Carl Newsom
Special Events Coordinator
General Manger

Carl is an active member of TMEA,TBA, and Namm. He has been at Jent’s for 7 years. His goal is to put the instrument of choice into the hands of every person interested in playing – regardless of age or skill level. Carl also plans all events that are hosted by Jents.


Terry Fite
Guitar Department Manager

Terry has worked with local music stores and played guitar for 23 years. As a manager at Jent’s Guitar Dept., he strives to enable his customers to reach their musical goals.


Kim Fisher
Print Music Department Manager

Kim has been at Jent’s since 1980 and has managed the print music department for 15 years.  He is an accomplished pianist and organist, and is currently the president-elect of the Lubbock Music Teachers Association (LMTA).
